MovieHouston is giving away free passes to see Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games, X-Men: First Class) in House at the End of the Street, a new horror movie that opens next week. Winners will get to see it early and for free in a special preview screening.
In addition to Lawrence, House at the End of the Street stars Elizabeth Shue, Max Thierot and Gil Bellows.
Synopsis: Lawrence plays Elissa, who moves with her newly divorced mother, Sarah, played by Shue (Leaving Las Vegas, Piranha 3D), to the house of their dreams in a seemingly idyllic, rural town. When strange things start to happen, Sarah and Elissa learn about the town’s chilling secret.
Years earlier, in the house next door, a daughter killed her parents in their beds and then disappeared. The girl’s brother, Ryan (Max Thieriot), was the sole survivor.
The reclusive Ryan still lives in the house next door and Elissa begins a relationship with him, against her mother’s wishes. The closer they get, the deeper Elissa and Sarah are pulled into a mystery that is more dangerous than they ever imagined.
